So I have had two haircuts at this salon. The first was amazing! Jennifer was sweet, she took her time to explain to me what the method was (this was before I knew about the Facebook group), she didn't know about any Facebook group so she just thoroughly explained it to me. My hair turned out beautiful. I went back to her for a second time, and it was amazing. But my most recent time was with Lorrie. There wasn't time when Jennifer was available so I didn't think it would matter. But Lorrie was nice, but didn't seem happy that I hadn't washed my hair - no one had told me to come with my hair done. So she washed it, with no instructions and then used waaaayy too much product. My hair was greasy and flat. And she didn't want to cut off the amount of hair that I wanted, which was frustrating because I wanted a bob cut rather than at my shoulders. It was not a great experience personally, very frustrating and stressful. And was way too much money for the service that I got.
