I adore Terri and what she did for my hair! She's extremely personable and clearly vey knowledgable about curly hair patterns and the struggles they present. She taught me so much about my personal curls. Then her assistant Melody washed and set my hair, stopping at every step to show me what she was doing and how I can do it as well. I still have so much to learn, so I can't wait to go back and see them again for my next cut. I also love that she didn't push any particular products on me, but told me what I could do with what I already use. I did end up purchasing a gel from them because I was in the market for it, but didn't feel pressured to do so. She was also super up front that Deva cuts generally mean you don't have to go back as frequently. No pressure to be there every 6-8 weeks. I'll be back in about 3-4 months!

My curls and I have fought for as long as I can remember. One particular instance took place at 5 y/o when I took a pair of household scissors and cut myself some "straight bangs like the girls at school." It was a disaster. Anyway, yes, I always preferred the straight hair look over the frizzy, messy, curly look until I trusted Terri with my curls. She treated them with such care and gave some killer clear instructions on haircare. The battle with my curls is finally over!!

Terri did a great job cutting my curls. She has the experience and the knowledge about cutting curly hair. Don't go to an inspired stylist. They just do not have enough training to cut your hair the curly girl way. Right now I am driving over 60 miles to see Terri--she is worth it.

Terri was great to work with. She was very knowledgeable about Deva cuts and she listened to my ideas. My hair is curly and easy to manage. She gave me a great cut!!!
