I was absolutely shocked to discover Andy, a level three, certified Deva cut specialist, was less than a mile from my home! I waited a month and a half to be able to get into to see her, but it was definitely worth it. She is a great educator, has a great sense of humor and is fun to work with. I'm going in next for pintura highlights--can't wait!
