I have wavy hair and Tara has cut and colored my hair for a few years now. She is so laid back and welcoming, and has cut my hair so my curls are at their best. I get complements all the time. Her rates are very reasonable and she works on Sundays! She is worth the drive to Ballard AND they have parking!
