I’ve been to Roxanne once and had a great experience. 1. When I booked my second appointment, she text me to let me know the day of that her son was sick and needed to reschedule. Totally understandable. 2. I’m about to leave to head to my appt and she texts saying she must’ve gotten sick from her son and can’t make it, offers $25 off. No problem, we reschedule. 3. I’m headed to my appt and she texts me that she can’t find her salon key, she must’ve dropped it at a store. Seriously? But she offers to reschedule and a free haircut. Fine, ok. 4. I get to my appt on time, she’s not there. I let her know I’m here just in case, no response. Five mins later, I text her to see if she’s on the way, no response. I don’t wait on people that don’t respect my time so I left and I’ve never heard from her. I’ve been in the cosmetology industry for over 10 years as a hair stylist and now a lash stylist. I would never treat my customers so poorly. This was the most disrespectful stylist I’ve ever met, there’s no excuse now after all that. She wasted my time and gas money and all this before my wedding! Absolutely ridiculous!
