I've been getting deva cuts for several years. I moved to NC and found this listing. While she may be certified, she did everything contrary to a true curly girl style ... wrong shampoo, terry cloth towel, blow dryer, layered cuts and texturizing shears. My hair has not been easy to manage since the cut. Good news is that hair grows back. Debby may be very good if you're not looking for a deva cut. I won't be back.
