I booked an appointment for what I was led to believe was a Deva cut, when in reality it was not. I have received a Deva cut before and the cut I got was nothing like that nor was it anything like the description you give on your web site. She combed through my hair first thing and then wanted to spray it then she turned me away from the mirror and just gave me a regular hair cut and never offered the hydrating treatment or the style. Overall it was not a bad cut and I was not charged for the Deva cut (although the receipt stated that it was a Deva cut and style) but I feel I was deceived. Also before we started I asked her twice if this was going to be a Deva cut and she assured me it was.
