Great kids cut with Erica, she took the time to make my daughter warm up, let her ask questions, move as much as possible and even braided her hair and gave her sparkles. Will be back!

My daughter and I both got cuts at the same time. My daughter had Tracy who was warm, sweet and professional. I unfortunately had Kim who was one of the rudest people I’ve ever met! Her tone was sharp, she was incredibly brash and extremely unprofessional. She wouldn’t let me explain anything about my hair and made me feel extremely uncomfortable in the salon. My hair was so frizzy and undefined at the end of my appt. When the lady who checked me out asked how I liked my hair, I was polite but honest. She was very professional and said I shouldn’t leave unhappy and asked Kim if she could please bring more definition to my hair? Kim’s response was “Oh my god (in an annoyed tone of voice)!” Then she thrust a can of hairspray at the check out lady and said “Here! Just do whatever! Ugh!” Because of how horribly rude Kim is, we will never go back as long as she’s working there. I have convinced my curly haired friends not to go there either.

Found this salon on Devacurl.com since I’m new to the area, but have been doing Deva for awhile. Great little salon, had a great cut and lesson from Erica. She was extremely busy with other clients, but took the time to awnser ALL my questions, without rushing me. Very satisfied, but unsure I will return because the owner is so rude. She was constantly rushing my stylist, belittling her, and talking rudely about her to other clients about her speed (which was slower because I was very inquisitive). Overall, happy client, but feel bad for the staff that they are treated so poorly.
