Where do I begin! First her work space was filthy. Hair laying all over the floor. A Hairbrush had a clump of hair in it. She did not sterile the utensils or clean the area between the previous customer and myself. I should have left when I saw the workspace. I asked her to trim the ends and add a few layers. Cassie started cutting large chunks out on one side and left the other side long. I have had a Devacut before with a different stylist and had an amazing experience and haircut. This experience with Cassie made me very upset. I was fit to be tied when I got home. Even after a month I am still upset with the way my hair looks. My hair is so uneven, I’m going to have to pay another stylist to fix the mess that Cassie created. I was charged $70 for just a haircut when I can go elsewhere and get a better cut for half of the price. I will not go back or recommend Cassie. She clearly doesn’t understand how to do the Devacut.
