Higher prices, inferior formula and awful bottles
"I got the No-Poo Decadence and the One Condition Decadence after a few years of not using them. The bottles are new and defective (when you dispense, extra squirts out of the back of the cap) and there are typos on the bottles ("Hydratation" isn't a word). The price is much higher for a smaller amount of product too. I used to get large 32 oz bottles for a lower price than these tiny bottles. But worst of all is that the formulas themselves have been changed. They are nothing like the original. There is a cheap perfume scent and feel. I'm disgusted on every level and will never be buying any DevaCurl products again. You lost this loyal customer entirely."
Order Sent to the Wrong Address
"I never received my order because it was sent to the wrong address. Although the shipping address was correctly entered, this order was sent to a previous address used instead of the one given. I have tried reaching out a number of times and have not heard back. I'm out $200 worth of product. I've used Devacurl for at least 10 years now and this, along with updates to packaging that I don't like (because it's SO wasteful!), is pushing me to switch to different a different brand."
