Unfortunately despite my very detailed instructions, I ended up with something very far removed from what I wanted. She also texturized my hair without asking which left it frizzy and coarse. I got in touch hoping to talk about a refund and she flatly stated that she does not do refunds and that I probably just don't know how to style my own hair.
