The stylist was kind, she listened my comments and saw the photos I showed her to explain the style I wanted, but the cut she made was not close to what I expected. The cut was made in 10 minutes, without any suggestion or opinion that as an expert stylist could have given, about whether what I had in mind worked for me, nothing just took the scissors and in 10 minutes or less she finished cutting my hair , It was a cut shapeless style, without the volume I asked for, absolutely a failure, it was a cut that I could easily have done at home. That was the level and quality of cut that this girl made. My comment is that you can not give satisfaction to the client just by being kind, any profession besides experience requires passion and unfortunately she does not have it. I do not question her training as an expert in curly haircut because maybe the cut she made me is the best thing she can do according to the training she received, but based on this cut experience I think Deva Cut is just marketing and the videos that the website https://www.devacurl.com/ shows us about the great experience that you can live with they are is not real. Definitely I do not recommend the stylist, I do not recommend DevaCut, we can get a better cut with a better quality with any stylist even following the youtube tutorials and do ourself.

I had my first Devacut with Marni today. Not only was she professional and knowledgeable, but she was sweet and easy to talk to. For the first time, I left the salon smiling and excited to show people my cut without having to style it at home beforehand. Her prices were very reasonable as compared to high end salons and she knew what she was doing! She recommended hair products to me as well and gave advice on my specific hair type (2B/3A and fine). I will defintely be back!
