I booked the appointment and paid the deposit but she didn\'t cut my hair under the description of what what I paid a deposit for - which was a Deva cut. She pressured me to leave quickly after the appointment was done because I was confused and wanted to talk to her about why I got a different cut. She made me pay the rest through Zelle, which is unprofessional and only protects the merchant (I later learned). I was confused at the salon because what I paid for and the description of the cut were two different things. She was pretty pushy with me and so I didn\'t have a chance to talk to her about it so I went home and got on her website and learned I was correct. She didn\'t give me the cut I paid for according to Deva Curl specifications, and the description when booking the appointment. I tried to reach out via email and discuss it but she accused me of doing this on purpose. This all was a very strange, unprofessional, and costly mistake.<\/div>
