Traveled 2 hours away and left in tears the whole ride home. Get home to notice my hair is actually lopsided & uneven. Was trying to grow my hair out but needed a " trim." Left with shoulder length hair. This was no "deva cut." Scarred by this experience. Had no idea I\'d be leaving with a botched hair cut. I\'ve had many many deva cuts and been to 5 different deva stylists and never had an issue. She NEVER explained I\'d lose length. NEVER. Also should have been told I\'d have to do some pointless treatment before booking the appointment. VERY poor communication. And that a HAIRCUT would take 5 hours and be 175$. Absolutely ridiculous. She was rude to be from the very beginning and made me feel like I could not speak to her. Worst experience ever and I am devastated. Should have walked out the second I sat down in her chair.

Service Received: DevaCut
Price: $76-$125
I have been getting Deva cuts for 15 years, so when I moved to Philadelphia I naturally looked for a Deva-trained stylist. I tried to tell Theresa repeatedly that this wasn\'t my first rodeo, but she just kept steamrolling me! She didn\'t listen at all and interrupted a LOT to try to "teach" me how to handle curly hair. I just needed help growing out a pixie cut without going all triangular poodle, and she basically told me to suck it up and muscle through the awkward stage. Lots of money for no help at all. Switched to Erin at Fringe and have never been happier to find an amazing stylist who LISTENS to clients!
