After 2 years of putting off a haircut I called to make an appointment with Dawn and it's probably the best thing I've done for my hair since I gave up straightening it when I was 11. Dawn did an AWESOME job. She talked to me about my lifestyle, current hair routine, what I was going for, etc. She made a few recommendations so we could figure out a good length, then she went to town! She explained a lot about my hair texture, the products she was using, how other curly girls she works with manage their hair, and gave me tons of tips. All in all she took off about 8 inches. She was also great about talking me through techniques for washing ("washing") and styling after the cut. I bought all of the products she recommended and they've been excellent so far. Dawn really knows her stuff. The whole salon is great. They were able to get me an in quickly (I only had to wait 4 days!) and they were 100% on time for my appointment.
