I have been a client of Mane St Cutters for 10 years, and about 3 years ago started getting Deva Cuts from Rachel. I got my last cut 2 weeks ago and it was the best yet - I have never been disappointed! She takes great care with my cut, reminds me about the bounce back, and always takes care to dry/diffuse to my liking. I leave with soft bouncy curls and my cut looks great!
