I was there before the holidays and spent over $300 on Diva cut and color. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and told her I was tired of pulling my hair back, but wanted to make sure it didn't fall in my eyes. She barely cut anything and after we dried, I asked her to please cut the top a bit more, as it was still very long and falling in my eyes. First she suggested I just part . the other way. When I told her that's not what I wanted she proceeded to show me how to put a clip on to keep it away from my face. She would not cut any more....I had to cut it myself when i got home. Then she said she was going to give me highlights. However, she covered the highlights with a permanent color. so...you couldn't see the highlights and my grey was back within 2-3 weeks. I went home looking exactly the same as when I went in. Total waste of money. would never go there again!
