I was very clear on my wants/desires before the cut. Natalie Ann butchered my hair instead of delivering the cut I dreamed of. It was similar to an Edward Scissorhands experience. She cut 50% of my hair off and now my waves are flat and lifeless with large sections totally missing. It was clear by the look on her face when I came out of the dryer, she knew she had totally screwed up my haircut. 1st and LAST devacut. Please take this girls ceritifications away!
