I was open to trying somewhere new. Not complicated cut, asked for layers updated and maybe an inch off. Disclaimer: I have had Deva cuts before from level 3 stylists. Started by combing fingers through my curls and snipping the ends. Then washed my hair. While my hair was wet, addee layers. Then dried my hair and didn't touch up anything. Removed closer to three inches of my hair and I have straight hair shelf-like layers. I might need to go somewhere else to salvage this haircut, not sure I can wait it out for it to grow back. This experience was a total regression.
