I had scheduling issues the first time I tried to get an appt. I was given a date and time over the phone, but when I showed up for the appt I was told that it was a different time and I had to reschedule after driving an hour. I did reschedule and go back, but it was late afternoon appt and I felt like she just wanted to get me out of there. I thought I was scheduled for a haircut and style, but she cut my hair (decent cut) and sent me out the door with huge, frizzy hair. She was working with one of her regular clients at the same time I was there and I just don't feel like I was priority.

I had my first DevaCut this past week. Finding a stylist who actually understands the multiple complications with curly hair is almost impossible. Kristel not only nailed my cut but her customer service and genuine personality made my experience wonderful!! Looking forward to my next visit to the salon!
