Mary Lou really knows curly hair. She listens to what you want, makes suggestions, and ultimately you get a terrific cut. She takes her time to make sure you’re happy with each step of the process. I love that each visit we try out different Deva products to see what works best with my hair. And she’s super nice as well.

i was very happy with the cut I got from Mary Lou. She really listened to what I communicated I needed and made sure to check in regularly throughout the cut to make sure I knew what she was going to do, was doing, and to make sure I was happy with the process. She is a very experienced stylist generally, but also has a lot of experience and specialization with curly hair. I felt confident that I was in good hands during the cut and after the cut feel even more that way. I've been to a lot of stylists and all of them tend to miss one certain spot and she saw it without me even saying anything. Mary Lou was also personable, easy to talk with, and generous. I will definitely see her again!
I was very happy with my haircut. I explained what I wanted and the challenges I was having with my hair. Mary Lou gave me a great haircut as well as suggestions to help me make my hair look great when I did it myself.
