She listens carefully, asks great questions, and makes suggestions throughout the session to ensure that I'm going to leave with a head of hair that looks and feels healthy while requiring minimal maintenance. I rave about her to anyone I know with curly hair--and credit her any time I get compliments on my style/color, which is pretty often! Her cuts last for months without losing shape, and the color she does is masterful.

This salon has the worst customer service imaginable. They do not answer their phone or return messages. Their rediculously unprofessional VM message tells you if your tired of getting their VM to text them. I did, got a response asking for my available days and times..... Upon responding that my schedule is pretty open and when was their next available apt. I never got a response, even after follow up texts and they still don't answer their phone. If your salon is so busy that you can not take new clients...then just say so.
