Accalia was so knowledgable and helpful! She answered my many many questions so patiently, and made me feel a lot less embarrassed for not knowing anything about my hair. She showed me how to style my hair after a shower, and gave me so many tips and tricks i hadnt even heard of. She was very sweet and made me feel really welcome, which isnt always the case when you go into a salon!! I loved the products she reccommended, and i never felt pressured during the sale, she was not pushy at all, she seemed to genuinely care about what i was putting in my hair!! I am so excited to come back to see her when i am ready for my next cut.

I came to Accalia with my damaged hair from heat products. My hair used to be quite curly. She walked me through each step in detail about how to get my curls back. It’s been 3 weeks now, I’ve had lots of questions that I have texted her and she does a great job of responding throughly. & MY CURLS ARE BACK!! My curls look really good and are perfect ringlets! I’m really impressed with her knowledge! 100% would recommend Accalia to everyone with curly hair!

Gillian has done an incredible job transforming my hair and working with my curls. Not only did she give me a beautiful cut (as always :-) ), but on my most recent visit, she also did colour. I love the new look - a total transformation. She nailed the colour match, and was absolutely scientific in selecting the specific curls and areas to provide highlights and dimension. I couldn't be happier! She has a magic touch.
